I-Q&T I-Micro Thermal Mass Flow Meters isebenzisa isimiso sokulinganisa sokushisa esisekelwe ku-MEMS, lapho ama-micro-heater nezinzwa zokushisa ku-silicon chip kuthola izinguquko zokudlulisa ukushisa okubangelwa ukugeleza kwegesi. Lokhu kunikeza ukuzwela okuphezulu, ukusabela okusheshayo, nesilinganiso esinembile, ikakhulukazi kumazinga okugeleza aphansi kakhulu, ngaphandle kwengcindezi noma isinxephezelo sezinga lokushisa.
Ifanele umoya owomile, i-nitrogen, namanye amagesi angagqwali, imitha eyi-compact inikeza ukunemba okuphezulu, isilinganiso esibanzi sokujika, ukulahlekelwa kwengcindezi ephansi, futhi isekela ukuphuma kwe-4-20 mA kanye ne-RS485 ukuze kuhlanganiswe kalula.
