New‑Generation Thermal Flow Switch Series Released for Industrial Flow Monitoring

 
The newly launched thermal flow‑switch series (F1, FAB, F5, F2, FE) offers dependable flow monitoring for water, oil and air in diverse industrial processes.
 
It achieves accuracy of ±1~±10 cm/s, with 3‑minute warm‑up time. Rated for 100 Bar working pressure and medium temperature from 0℃ to 80℃, the series fits demanding field conditions.
 
Thread options include G1/2, G1/4 male thread and M18*1.5 female thread. Probe lengths range 15‑60 mm with custom options available. Supported power supplies: 24VDC, 110VAC, 220VAC.
Outputs cover PNP/NPN/Relay, and 4‑20mA for F2 & FE. Models adopt either potentiometer or button setup, with 2‑10s typical response time.
 
Featuring reverse, short‑circuit and overload protection together with IP67 protection rating, the switches ensure high operational safety. The sensor probe is made of 316 stainless steel;
housings are offered in 316 SS, PC, ABS and aluminium. Standard M12 connector is provided, with optional 1‑meter cable and stainless‑steel base.
