Introduction
QLCS liquid calibration device, utilizing both the standard meter method and the gravimetric method, consists of a circulating water pressure stabilization system, a variable frequency speed control system, a standard meter pipeline system, a tested meter pipeline system, a flow rate adjustment system, a switching system, a weighing system, and a computer control system. The device can be used for metrological verification and calibration of electromagnetic and liquid flow meters.

Configuration
1. Clamp Meter Holder

Application:
Primarily used for securing the instruments being calibrated in liquid calibration devices. It accommodates the structural length and connection methods of different types of instruments, ensuring no media leakage during calibration.
Standard small and medium diameter instruments are driven by a pneumatic source; standard large diameter instruments are driven by a hydraulic source.

2. Steady

Features
The tank body uses a combination of baffles, sieve plates, and sieve tubes to effectively eliminate turbulence
and bubbles within the medium.

Applications
Primarily used in liquid flow standard devices to stabilize the flow state of  the medium.


3. Commutator
Application:

Mainly used in static mass and static volumetric flow rate standard devices to switch the direction of medium flow.
Small and medium diameter open commutators adopt a swing nozzle structure; small and medium diameter closed commutators adopt an  internal piston structure.
