Q&T Instruments produce electromagnetic flow meter,
designed for conductive liquids such as raw water, sewage, sludge, acids and alkaline solutions.
Uses Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction and has no moving parts, making it suitable for dirty
or abrasive fluids. Typical accuracy is ±0.5% of reading, with optional ±0.2% for custody-transfer and high-grade metering.
Key features include PTFE, rubber and ceramic liner options, Hastelloy or tantalum electrodes, empty-pipe detection,
bidirectional flow measurement, and HART / Modbus / 4–20 mA outputs.
