How to Choose a Mag‑Meter Lining for Aggressive Media?
If your process carries wastewater, acids or abrasive slurry, the liner is everything.
- PTFE (Teflon) → corrosive chemicals, high temp up to 180°C
- Neoprene/EPDM → municipal water & clean industrial water
- Polyurethane → heavy slurry, strong wear resistance Wrong liner = short sensor life and false readings. Get the media's pH, temp and solid content right before you specify.
